Maxsteel aviation snips made from forged alloy steel for strength and durability Automatic unblocking of the lock/seal by simple pressure, chrome plated nuts and bolts & bi-material soft-grip handles. Cuts up to 18 gauge mild steel 0.7 to 1.2mm, exceeds ANSI standards for cutting performance and durability. Permanent identification plate for the direction of cutting, serated cutting edges prevent slippage when cutting. Suitable for cutting aluminium, sheet UPVC, wire mesh, leather, copper and plastic. Toothed blades favouring the holding of the sheet metal during cutting, twin spiral spring for increased longevity.
