Biovertexa UK gift cards are issued electronically:

• Delivered via encrypted email to the specified recipient within minutes of checkout approval.
• Includes a unique 16-character cryptographic code, printable barcode, and personalized trade message.
• Zero processing fees: a £100 gift card costs exactly £100 with £0 activation fees.

Gift cards are valid for all products and delivery services on biovertexa.com:

• Enter the code in the “Gift Card / Voucher” field during checkout.
• Partial Redemption: If the order value is less than the card balance, the remaining funds remain safely on the card for future tool purchases.
• Combined Payment: If your order exceeds the card balance, you can pay the remainder using any supported credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

In line with UK consumer best practices, Biovertexa UK gift cards remain active for 24 months (730 days) from the initial purchase date. Any unused balance at the end of the 24-month period will expire. Automated reminder emails are sent 60 days and 14 days before expiration.

To prevent money laundering and fraudulent voucher liquidation:

• Gift cards cannot be exchanged, swapped, or redeemed for cash, banknotes, or bank transfers.
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

If you return an item purchased using a gift card within our 30-day return window, the refund will be credited back to your digital gift card account. If a split payment was used (e.g. £50 gift card + £50 credit card), the credit card portion is refunded to your bank card, and the gift card portion is restored to your voucher code.

If you accidentally delete the email containing your gift card code, contact our support team. Upon verifying the purchaser’s identity, we will void the lost code and issue a brand-new code containing the remaining unspent balance.
