Once an order has been manifested and collected by DPD, Royal Mail, or Parcelforce, the automated transit system cannot be halted mid-route. In this situation:

We make every effort to fulfill every confirmed order. However, we reserve the right to cancel an order prior to dispatch under exceptional circumstances:

• Stock Discrepancy: Sudden depletion or unresolvable manufacturer supply shortage.
• Pricing / Typographical Error: Genuine software glitch or obvious pricing error on biovertexa.com.
• Security & Fraud Prevention: Automated failure during PCI-DSS payment fraud screening or suspected unauthorised card usage.
• Age Verification Failure: Inability to verify recipient is 18+ for bladed articles under the Offensive Weapons Act 2019.

In accordance with Regulation 28 of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to:
