• Mainland England, Wales & Scotland: Free Delivery on orders over £50.00; £4.99 standard delivery under £50.00. Typical transit 2–3 business days.
• Northern Ireland (BT Postcodes): Delivered via Royal Mail Tracked or DPD with zero border paperwork required for retail consumer shipments under the Windsor Framework.

For non-mainland UK destinations:

• Scottish Highlands & Islands: Postcodes AB31-56, FK17-21, IV, KW, PA20-78, PH15-44, ZE, and HS are served via Royal Mail Tracked with a transit window of 3–5 business days.
• Isle of Man (IM) & Isles of Scilly (TR21-25): Standard UK mainland delivery thresholds apply without remote surcharge penalties.
• Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey): UK VAT (20%) is automatically deducted at checkout upon selection of Jersey or Guernsey as the delivery destination.

Under IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) and the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA):

• Standalone lithium-ion power tool batteries (e.g. 18V 5.0Ah or 54V FlexVolt packs) CANNOT be transported via air cargo to overseas destinations.
• High-capacity batteries can only be shipped via approved road and ferry surface transport networks. Overseas orders requiring air transport that include standalone lithium-ion batteries cannot be fulfilled and will be refunded immediately.

For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom customs territory:

• Orders are dispatched on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis.
• The recipient is solely responsible for paying any local destination import duties, clearance brokerage fees, and local value-added taxes imposed by destination customs authorities.
• Biovertexa UK attaches an official commercial invoice with accurate HS tariff codes (e.g. HS 8467.21 for drills) and exact purchase values. We do not under-declare values or mark goods as “gifts”.

In strict compliance with UK Export Control Regulations and HM Treasury sanctions lists, Biovertexa UK will not export power tools, industrial laser equipment, or specialized hardware to sanctioned countries, embargoed territories, or prohibited entities. Any order flagged under global sanctions compliance will be terminated immediately.

For non-UK customers exercising 30-day return rights or seeking warranty repairs:
