Product Eligibility & Exact Specification Match
To qualify for our Price Match Promise:
- Identical Model & SKU: The tool must have the exact manufacturer part number, voltage rating, kit configuration (e.g. number of batteries, charger model, carry case/TSTAK box included), and UK barcode (EAN).
- Brand New Condition: The competitor product must be brand new, unopened in original manufacturer packaging, and carry full UK warranty.
- Live In Stock: The item must be actively in stock and ready for immediate delivery at the competitor’s warehouse (not on backorder or extended dispatch).
Approved UK Retailers & Authorized Stockists
We match legitimate UK brick-and-mortar and direct online trade specialists, including:
Screwfix, Toolstation, Travis Perkins, Selco Builders Warehouse, City Plumbing.
ITS (its.co.uk), Toolstop, FFX, Power Tools Direct, D&M Tools, Tooled-Up.
Direct official UK dealer websites registered with DeWalt UK, Milwaukee UK, and Makita UK.
Landed Price Calculation (VAT & Delivery)
Comparisons are calculated on the total landed price:
- Must include standard 20% UK VAT.
- Must include any applicable standard delivery charges charged by the competitor. For example, if a competitor lists an item for £120 plus £5 delivery (£125 total), and Biovertexa offers it for £124 with FREE delivery, our price is already lower.
How to Claim a Pre-Purchase Price Match
- Email rosazgs254zapata@outlook.com with the subject line “Price Match Request”.
- Include the live product link to the Biovertexa item and the live competitor product URL showing the lower price and in-stock status.
- Our commercial desk will verify the details within 4 business hours and issue a personalized single-use checkout discount code matching the competitor price.
48-Hour Post-Purchase Price Match Refund
Already ordered from Biovertexa UK? If you notice a qualifying lower competitor price within 48 hours of placing your order, notify our team. Upon verification, we will refund the difference directly back to your original payment card or PayPal account within 2 business days.
Price Match Exclusions
Our Price Match Promise does not apply to:
- Auction sites and peer-to-peer marketplaces (eBay private sellers, Amazon third-party marketplace sellers without manufacturer authorization).
- Grey-market international imports (tools lacking UK 230V plugs or official UK serial verification).
- Clearance liquidations, bankrupt stock sales, B-grade/refurbished/ex-display tools.
- Competitor pricing errors or typographical misprints.
- Membership club pricing requiring paid subscription fees (e.g. Costco).
