2. Acceptance of Terms & Age Eligibility
By placing an order, registering an online trade or retail account, or browsing biovertexa.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Shipping Policy.
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order through our website. By submitting an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under English law.
3. Products, Specifications & Pricing
- Authentic UK Specification: All power tools, hand tools, batteries, chargers, and storage cases sold by Biovertexa UK are 100% brand-new, authentic UK-specification products sourced directly through authorized manufacturers and distributors (including DeWalt, Milwaukee, Makita, Bosch, Stanley, and Vaunt). We strictly do not sell grey-market or counterfeit imports.
- Images & Descriptions: We make every reasonable effort to display product dimensions, colors, features, and technical specifications accurately. However, photographic lighting, manufacturer casing revisions, and display calibration may lead to minor cosmetic variances. Technical specifications and accessory inclusions are as stated in the product description.
- Pricing in British Pounds (£ GBP): All prices are displayed and billed in British Pounds Sterling (£ / GBP). Prices include applicable UK Value Added Tax (VAT) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Pricing Errors: Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may occasionally be mispriced due to typographic or technical error. If the correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount upon dispatch. If the correct price is higher than our stated price, we will notify you before dispatch to seek your instructions or cancel the order and provide an immediate full 100% refund. We are under no legal obligation to supply goods at an incorrect (substantially lower) price if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable.
4. Order Process & Legally Binding Contract Formation
The technical steps required to form a legally binding sales contract between you and Biovertexa UK are as follows:
- Order Placement: You select your tools, add them to your shopping basket, navigate through the secure checkout process, provide your billing and delivery information, and click the final “Place Order” button.
- Order Acknowledgment: We will immediately send you an automated email titled “Order Acknowledgment” detailing your order reference and products requested. This email acknowledges receipt of your offer to purchase but does not constitute formal contract acceptance.
- Contract Acceptance & Dispatch: A legally binding contract of sale is created only when your items have been picked, verified, packed, and handed over to our delivery courier, at which point you will receive an official “Order Dispatched” confirmation email containing your live tracking number.
- Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order prior to dispatch for reasons including: item unavailability/depleted stock, inability to verify payment or delivery address, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or an identified pricing/specification error. In any such circumstance, your payment will be refunded in full immediately.
5. Payment Terms, Billing Currencies & Security
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. We accept the following trusted payment methods:
All card payments are processed via Level 1 PCI-DSS certified payment gateways utilizing 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption and 3D Secure 2.0 (Strong Customer Authentication) protocols.
